Sparesbox confirms continued support of Repco Bathurst 12 Hour in 2024

After first supporting the event in 2016, Sparesbox has reaffirmed its enduring commitment to the 12 Hour event this year and is regarded as one of the longest-standing partners of the classic 'once-around-the-clock' GT sportscar race..

In the early years of its support of the race, Sparesbox was the backer of the world-famous Dipper, the left hander that is part of the steep descent through The Esses. In recent years, and in 2024, the final corner – Murray's Corner – will feature Sparesbox branding. 

The 2024 Repco Bathurst 12 Hour event will be broadcast live on Fox Sports, Kayo and the screens of Seven. In its 21st edition, the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour originally started as a race for production cars in 1991 before being on hiatus from 1994 (an event was run at Eastern Creek in 1995) until 2007.

Entries for the highly popular GT3 regulations were introduced for 2011 and the SRO recognised this as the opening round of the global Intercontinental GT Challenge in 2016, which it still holds.

The race event will be run on February 16-18.
