HUB Auto Corsa will return to the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour this year, locking in Supercars ace Tim Slade as one of their drivers.

Slade, who was recently confirmed as Scott McLaughlin's co-driver for this years Supercars enduro campaign, will pair with Brazilian aces Daniel Serra and Marcos Gomes, giving the lone Ferrari in this year's field a strong trio behind the wheel.

35-year-old Serra is a three-time champion of the popular Brazilian Stock Car championship and has also tasted success at LeMans - twice winning the LM-GTE Pro class, once with Aston Martin and last year with AF Corse Ferrari. Gomes, also 35, is also a former Brazilian Stock Car series champion.

Slade has raced for Hub Auto for several seasons, including last year's Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour and California 8 Hours.

Though the team struggled with mechanical issues throughout qualifying at Bathurst, they finished the race in 18th position - Slade pairing with Nick Foster and Nick Percat at the time.

Slade then paired with Foster and Spainsh ace Miguel Molina to win the California 8 Hours later that year. He has also successfully raced with the team in GT World Challenge Asia competition.

The 12-Hour will mark Hub Auto's second consecutive race in Australia, the team having contested the first Asian Le Mans Series event on local soil last weekend at The Bend Motorsport Park in South Australia.
