The Pro line-up of Porsche Factory Drivers Mathieu Jaminet, Thomas Preining and local boy Matt Campbell will head to Mount Panorama later this month.

The exciting squad are ready to take on the 2023 LIQUI MOLY Bathurst 12 Hour with Manthey EMA, running in the ‘Grello’ Porsche 911 GT3 R.

With all three drivers having scored impressive results for Porsche over the past few years, they will be challenging for another strong result as the race welcomes back full Pro efforts.

Thomas Preining enjoyed a strong season in 2022, scoring a pair of victories in the DTM championship.

The 24-yearold Austrian returns to the Mountain for his second attempt, having made his debut in 2020.

The pairing of Matt Campbell and Mathieu Jaminet return to the team, having contested the 24 Hours of Spa as EMA Motorsport made its European debut last summer.

The pair also secured the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship in the US, including a standout result, taking victory at the Daytona 24 Hours.

Mathieu will make a third trip to Bathurst, after scoring a best result of 4th in 2020 alongside Matt, as the 28-year-old Frenchman finished runner-up in the Intercontinental GT Challenge.

Matt has enjoyed much success on home soil over the last five years. A victory in the Pro-Am class at the Bathurst 12 Hour in 2017 was followed by a further class podium a year later.

2019 then saw the Queensland-born driver take a memorable outright victory for Porsche on the Mountain, before another strong effort in 2020 taking pole position and finishing in 4th, alongside Mathieu.

This trio will campaign with Manthey EMA in the newly unveiled ‘Grello’ livery on the Porsche 911 GT3 R, as the 991.2 model makes one of its final outings in top-flight international competition.

Melbourne-based EMA Motorsport will combine with Manthey for the LIQUI MOLY Bathurst 12 Hours, after the Porsche specialists previously provided support for the team’s European effortsduring 2022.

Manthey EMA will confirm further plans for the 2023 season in the coming weeks. The 2023 LIQUI MOLY Bathurst 12 Hour takes place 3-5 February, 2023.
