BENTLEY MOTORS will return to the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour bigger and better than ever in 2018.

As well as fielding a two-car team of the iconic Bentley Continental GT3s in the race itself – the final major race for the outgoing Continental model - the brand will also have a sizeable presence off-track at the February 2-4 event this year.

The ‘Bentley Elbow’ at top of Conrod Straight will return with a brand-new colour scheme this year, while a new display and activation space will showcase Bentley’s range of vehicles and allow fans to get up close and personal to the beautiful machinery.

Bentley Merchandise and clothing will also be on sale within the precinct.

“Bentley are returning with our Factory Race Team again to take on the Bathurst 12 Hour, and after many years on the podium, we are looking for a win for our outgoing GT3 Race Car,” said David Simpson, Bentley Motors Country Manager, Australia and New Zealand.

“Outside the race team we are excited this year to bring our customers closer to Team Bentley in 2018.

“We will be displaying a Mulliner Limited Edition Bentayga “GT3 by Bentley Sydney”, a race inspired, one of only two Bentayga in the world, as well as a GT3 Race car throughout the weekend.

“Inside our suite we are treating this as our Mount Panorama Planning Centre, bringing the Factory Race Team and Customers closer together to share the Bathurst 12 Hour Race Experience.

“As well as our exciting product display we will be showcasing our Motorsports collection and branded goods, to allow all spectators to get behind Team Bentley as we take on the Bathurst 12 Hour”

On track, factory drivers Jules Gounon, Vincent Abril, Maxime Soulet, Guy Smith, Steven Kane and Andy Souceck will drive the pair of Continental GT3s in the race.

The Bentley Motorsport entries have finished fourth (2015), third (2016) and third (2016) in the last three Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour races, respectively.

Tickets remain available for the event, with race day General Admission tickets priced from just $46, including free access to the paddock area.
