2017 Ticket and Camping sales commence

TICKETS AND CAMPING sales for the 2017 Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour commence today (Wednesday, 20 July), with the event set to enhance its reputation as the best value motorsport weekend in Australia.

A series of new innovations and value-for-money enhancements will add greatly to opportunities for spectators and campers alike, including a new grandstand at turn one, several new super screen positions and new camping options where all camping equipment is supplied.

Campers from 2016 will have the first opportunity to purchase campsites, with an early bird pre-sale to run until midnight on 27July 2016. From then, all campsites will be available to purchase by the public at early bird pricing.

2016 Grandstand ticketholders will also have exclusive access to purchase 2017 Grandstand seats at early bird pricing until 1 August. From then, Grandstand and Trackside tickets will be available to purchase by the public at early bird prices until 31 August 2016.

Trackside Tickets remain priced at 2016 levels, with new two-day (Saturday/Sunday) value pass available for $57.00 ($37.00 concession).

Tickets will also be available at the gate throughout the 3-5 February weekend.

A brand new covered grandstand will be positioned at turn one – complete with its own big screen – while seats in the Pit Straight grandstand opposite the pit lane are also available.

Camping remains one of the most affordable ways to watch the race and sites will again be available in the Paddock Campgrounds, as well as the McPhillamy Park and Reid / Sulman Park sites on top of the iconic Mount Panorama.

For 2017, the event has partnered with Tent City Hire to create the ‘Tent City Campground’ in a prime position at the top of the mountain. The Tent City Campground will include supplied tents, beds, dedicated bathroom facilities and a communal area, plus lots more, making for a stress-free camping experience.

More than 2500 campground sites were sold last year and prospective campers are encouraged to book early ahead of expected high demand for the 2017 event.

Patrons are encouraged to purchase Grandstand seats quickly with the seating allocation expected to sell out quickly.

Paddock access will remain free to all ticketholders attending the 2017 Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour. Kids under 12 are free with a paying adult.

Tickets and camping bookings are on sale via Ticketek, with access via the direct links at www.bathurst12hour.com.au.
