2013 BATHURST 12 HOUR SET FOR EARLY FEBRUARY DATE
THE BATHURST 12 HOUR race will return to an earlier February date and further expand eligibility criteria following confirmation of several key details regarding the 2013 Event.
The weekend of February 8-10 will be the home of Australia’s international endurance race that will again feature top-level GT vehicles from here and abroad going head-to-head on the iconic Mount Panorama circuit.
The 2012 race featured 10 international entrants and three different brands – Audi, Mercedes Benz and Ferrari – represented on the podium after 12 Hours of drama; the final two covered live on SPEED TV for the first time.

INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE AMPLIFIES GROWTH
EVENT ORGANISERS have affirmed the Armor All Bathurst 12 Hour an ever-growing success as increased numbers of international competitors and expanded media presence marks the 10th running of the epic endurance race at Mount Panorama.
Nearly 200 competitors across five categories contested three-days of solid racing across the weekend, with 15 different manufacturers represented in the 12 Hour race itself and an increase to 10 international entrants participating from as far abroad as Europe, the UK, Asia and New Zealand.

SUPPORT ACTION INTENSE ON THE MOUNTAIN
An action packed day of racing at the Armor All Bathurst 12 Hour came to Mount Panorama as the support categories took to the track across Friday and Saturday of the Event weekend.
Formula Ford was the first support category to get under way, with the first six lap race marred by accidents - first lap drama saw the field soon under safety car following a three way crash at Reid Park - before Scott Andrews was able to hold on an intense battle back to take a storming win.
