Paddock Campground

Advance campgrounds bookings are now open for the 2012 Event. The Event operates one Campground only – the Paddock Campground, located behind the Pit Area. The main entrance into the Campground is via the Mountain Straight Gate however when this entrance is closed, due to racing on track, the alternate entrance is via The Chase Tunnel. Advance campground bookings will continue through until Friday 17 February 2012, after which campground sites can be purchased on site when you arrive at the Event.

Key Points

Paddock opens 9am Thursday 23 February and closes 9am Monday 27 February 2012
Sites will be pre-sold in the Paddock Campground for $60 per site and at the Event for $70 per site (pending availability).
All sites will be line-marked and measure approximately 10m x 8m.

On the Application Form, there is a section to state your preference for sites.
No booking will be taken without payment and no refunds will be provided after 17 February 2012. See the Application Form for payment details
Tickets to the Event must be purchased in addition to the cost of a campsite(s) – see dedicated ticketing page on the website.
There are a number of conditions of entry which are included on the Application Form

Campsite Sizes

All sites will be line-marked and measure approximately 10m x 8m.

Campsite Preferences

On the downloadable Application Form available on the website, enter the number of the campsites that you would like. We cannot guarantee that you will be allocated to the exact sites that you require. You will be allocated the next closest one to your preference.

Payments Options & Refunds

No booking will be taken without payment. Payment can be made in the form of credit card, cheque or money order, and must be received before reservations can be confirmed. NO REFUNDS will be provided after 17 February 2012. Cheques and Money Orders should be made payable to: Bathurst Regional Council.
