Valid 2026 Bathurst 12 Hour camping site holders will be offered the opportunity to re‑book the same site for the 2027 event. Please see below for more information.
A. Eligibility: Only campers who purchased and held a valid campsite for the 2026 event will be eligible to receive a 2027 renewal offer.
B. Same site only: Eligible campers will be offered the opportunity to renew the same campsite they held in 2026
C. Site changes are not permitted: as part of the renewal process.
D. No transfers: Camping sites cannot be transferred to another person, group or campsite holder.
E. No additional sites: The renewal process is strictly for the same site only. Requests for additional campsites will not be accepted during the renewal period.
F. Booking window: The renewal booking window will open in June 2026and will remain open for four (4) days only. Sites not renewed during this timeframe will be released for general sale.
G. Pricing: 2027 camping prices and booking instructions will be communicated directly to eligible 2026 site holders prior to the renewal window opening.
PLEASE NOTE: Receiving a renewal communication does not guarantee a campsite for 2027. All renewals are subject to eligibility checks and completion of payment within the booking window.
